The best place for a massage. They know how to adjust and actually improve your body through all facets. The massages help me tremendously! Before I toss and turned in bed, neck was sore almost every day and now I feel so much better! Great service, 10/10 would recommend coming here.

Beautiful setting, incredible studio rooms with soft forgiving flooring. Thursday evening yoga with Jennifer Jenkover-Head is excellent. Relaxing, encouraging and great addition/support for your yoga practice.

If you're looking for a place to have a group event, this is a wonderful place for it. I organized an event here for a local nonprofit, Team Survivor Tampa Bay, which hosts a local dragon boat paddling team (The Pink Dragon Ladies) for female cancer survivors. Ronda and Ken both went out of their way in the planning stage to accommodate our group and offer ideas about ways their facility and instructors could be utilized. We brought 30 women in for a morning of Aerial Yoga, Yoga Nidra while hanging in the yoga hammocks, and an Active Isolated Stretch class by Ronda.
