Extremely impressed by Dr. Jay Gorstein and his medical student Allison. They addressed all of my concerns in-depth and were so extremely helpful. What a relief to have found doctors that are intelligent AND compassionate. 10/10 recommend.

I hate to do this as I have been coming here for about 3 years and used to love it. I used to see Satie, but it seems as since she has left, the practice has gone downhill. The medical staff is generally very kind and compassionate, and Maria Reyes was great today, but the front office staff is who needs to learn how to speak to patients in a more reasonable manner. You are dealing with people with physical and emotional wellness conditions, and I have felt so disrespected by their team the last two days in an attempt to make and pay for an appointment. I don’t think I have ever had so much fun at a doctors appointment. Very down to earth, friendly, caring staff. Dr Bastien is very thorough, friendly and bubbly! Great personality - like talking to an old friend. It’s the first time in a long time I didn’t feel rushed out of an appointment. Highly recommend.
