worst Lab- they are billing me for something 3 years ago. Was told 3 years ago that the procedure and labs were all covered and now 3 years later- new owner takes over and goes back and bills me for something I had done and was told I didn't have a blance- This is FRAUD. They are using a company PARIOT COLLECTIONS WITH Thomas who says he doesn't need a form giving them the right to bill me if my insurance doesnt covered- stay away from this LAB- US ANOTHER LAB
