We called Erica’s Plumbing for emergency service tonight - to be honest, we went with Erica’s on my Google search results just because my daughter insisted we hire “the girl company!” (girl power!) I am so, so glad we did! The ease of scheduling was top notch and Dakota called before showing up to let us know his ETA. He was so kind, patient and thorough. It is rarely ever a joy to deal with home improvement issues especially in an emergency situation, but Dakota made it a joy. He was absolutely amazing at what he did, detecting the leak and explaining it all to us as he worked. He is truly gifted at what he does. I'm leaving the 5 stars for the technicians that came out they were wonderful they. When knowledgeable they explained everything to me Pedro and Vinnie were wonderful but as far as the offices concern they need a little work with customer service be a more. Knowledgeable but thank you for a job well done
I was advised by Erica they were running a little behind at 11:30. I really appreciated the heads up however the appointment was scheduled between 10-12. David Armstrong arrived at noon and couldn’t be nicer. After checking out my problem and performing some services he determined the problem resolved itself. While he was here I asked about the low water level in my toilet which he was able to address. In addition I explained my hot water wasn’t hot enough and if he could adjust for me, which he did without any hesitation. David was as sweet as could be and very knowledgeable.
