I came here for a 5 day panchakarma and had an amazing experience. I had done a panchakarma in India and researched thoroughly before deciding on this retreat. It is one of the most affordable options in the US and has been around for 20 years. I wanted a more intimate experience as I'm not a fancy resort type of person and this was perfect. Although small, this center operate a tightly run ship but also was able to be flexible with my arrival and departure dates. I felt relaxed the minute I walked in the door. All of the staff are genuinely loving people. I had the best of my massage of my life which is saying a lot because I'm a LMT! The food is made with love and delicious....read full review

Had an incredible time spending the holidays here with my family - we left feeling substantially more at peace, healthier, a few pounds lighter, and rejuvenated.The two homes the retreat is based out of are lovely and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and tidy bathrooms and importantly good shower pressure! The yoga studio and kitchen and treatment rooms are all well-equipped, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The food was amazing, healthy and tasty!The quality of the treatment services was excellent, my mom has had long stays in Ayurveda treatments facilities in India and said the services here were as good as or better than the best place she stayed.
