Dr. Shyu and all the office staff are personable, patient, and helpful. They take the time to explain what they're doing and why and make you feel comfortable with the whole experience. They're also clean - I witnessed them wiping down surfaces regularly! I will be back for my next eye exam.
Dr Shyu is an outstanding ophthalmologist . Not only is he highly skilled, but he truly cares about his patients. From the moment you enter his office, it is obvious you will be well cared for.
Dr.Shyu was absolutely wonderful and incredibly thorough during my appointment, while staying incredibly patient with my questions and concerns . The entire process from check in with Jennifer and Cindy to initial eye exams with Nikki, the entire process was a breeze !
