Great Company!! They did an amazing job replacing my old air conditioner to a new one. I recomend this company to anyone. Air temp cooling & Heating systems is best. Good Customer Service?????
For the first time in 14 years, we had an issue with our air conditioning unit and from previous experiences with the larger players in the repair business, we knew we wanted to steer clear of them. An early morning call to Artic Air was met with a live person who actually listened and had concern for the situation we were in with our A/C unit on the fritz. Although they had a full schedule for the day, on one of the hottest days of the year, they still made time for getting to visit us between the promised "9-11am" timeframe.
