If possible I would give this urgent care zero stars. My daughter went in for treatment and received an antibiotic for an infection. Further testing was done and they told her to stop taking the antibiotic but the pain returned when she did and she got very sick again while away at college. I called and asked if I could get files, lab test info to share with the urgent care near her school. Told them I had a signed HIPAA form and they said to come to the office and they would give me what I asked for. It was empty when I arrived so they were not too busy to handle my request. The person behind the counter got a real attitude and told me the doctor who prescribed for my daughter was not there that day and I would have to go to the Kennet Square location. I asked if I could just get the lab results and notes and was told very rudely no. I said what am I supposed to do I have a sick kid and you're not helping me. The wonderful person behind the counter told accused me of having an attitude and she would not help me. I had not raised my voice and did not speak disrespectfully so I was shocked. I was persistent but not rude. Finally a doctor came out and asked what I needed and I told him. I mentioned that the clerk was throwing up roadblocks and then clerk actually dropped the F bomb on me. I was shocked and so was the doctor. Another person had to physically pull her into the back room. The doctor finally gave me the files I was asking for. Unbelievable! Never had anyone treat me that way and I will never go back there if it's the last medical facility on earth!

Called to inquire about seeing if they treated something I was dealing with, put me on hold, never came back and then forwarded me to another dial tone, lacking phone etiquette mannerisms

Went today because of possible bronchitis/chest congestion's from cold, lingering 5 weeks. I get covid tested routinely weekly for work. They DENIED me service bc I just happened to get a covid test again this morning so answered "yes" to any pending covid results. So much for that Hippocratic oath. Shame on you, I will vote with my feet and take my family elsewhere moving forward.
