The service and setup is great. The staff is very friendly and nice. Personally didn’t like my haircut too much since it didn’t seem to fulfil some basic things I asked for but it could just be the hairstylist still learning.
I've been coming to this location of The Shop for a couple years now (and went to the Bethesda location for about a year prior to that). I lucked out with my initial stylist pick - Ali - and have been going back regularly for haircuts since. I've been so pleased with my experience that even my wife is going to give this salon a shot after deciding to ditch her previous salon.Service: Haircut
Ali is the BEST! He could not have been more sweet or professional, took into consideration the pictures I showed him and I just love my new hair (I got a haircut/balayage). I have very thick curly hair and I thought the price was reasonable for DC. I will definitely go back to him for sure and have made sure to recommend him to my friends in the area.Service: Balayage
