This was my first experience with Nail Saloon at the Capitol Hill location. I made an appointment online for a gel speedy mani/saloon pedi. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by a not so friendly nor welcoming front desk attendant. This woman did not perform any nail services, only working at the desk. My mani & pedi turned out well, looking how I wanted; however, my encounters with the woman were not pleasant. I felt rushed with her checking me in (even though it was a not so busy Tuesday night), hurrying me through the procedures, etc., and when I went to pay she was rushing me when I was trying to calculate my tech’s tip.I feel like front desk employees...read full review

My new favorite nail spa. This place was very clean and very professional. The only thing was they didn’t have massage chairs during my pedicure but everything else made up for it.

Nailsaloon is a very clean, lovely salon. My mani wasn’t perfect (a little uneven at the cuticles), but it has lasted nearly a week and it looks good. The staff is polite. I waited over 20 minutes after my scheduled reservation time because they were overbooked, and the staff checked on me regularly.
