Great customer service! But PLEASE DON’T LET SANTOS CUT YOUR HAIR. I had mid length hair and left with a military cut, he seemed to get offended when I gave him feedback and proceeded to give me a horrific cut. but I really appreciated the customer service for being understanding

Jenny cut mine and my girlfriend's hair and I could not be more pleased with the results! She did such an amazing job and I got a big boost of confidence seeing myself with a lovely haircut after not having it cut for a little over a year. 10/10 great people, great haircut and a great price too. I will definitely be coming back again!

I am a European-American senior woman. I've been getting my hair cut here at a very reasonable price for almost two years. The very skilled stylists all take meticulous care to please customers and are very courteous. I saw the review by glam girl that only Latinx clients were welcome. I have recently recommended Alex's to African-American friends and I asked the salon about Glam girl's review. I was told that her review was 3 years old, that the salon personnel were different now, and that Alex's was glad to have a diverse clientele. They did not dismiss, as I did not, the discrimination experienced by Glam girl.
