We can't say enough good things about DJ at DMV plumbing. Our sump pump went out during a huge storm. It was Sunday evening and all stores selling pumps were closed. We called at least 10 companies none had pumps and many were very unsympathetic. DMV did not have a pump available either but DJ offered to call around and try to find one. When he could not find a pump, he offered to come over after midnight with a temporary solution to keep our basement from flooding. He even offered to come back or face time with us during the night if the temporary solution started to fail. He returned the next day and installed a new one. Called at 3am with water pouring from the ceiling, he was THE only plumber to pick up and help my situation. Calmly talking me through steps prior to stating he was coming over as the emergency was occurring. In todays day where it feels like no one has your back it was so relieving to come across someone who was genuinely helpful, let alone at 3am. I hope this business gets the Keith Lee effect of plumbing because they deserve it.
Middle of the night. Arrived with the right parts pre-made, the right tools, and the right knowledge. Couldn’t be better. I hope I never need another 2 am call, but I’d call DMV again if I had to call anyone.
