Ioanna is a great trainer. She did correct my form a few times oops lol If you have questions just leave them a message usually someone returns your call. No front desk person. I'm guessing the trainer that hour takes care of the calls after the class is over. Solidcore is no joke you will leave sweaty n feeling like jello. Def need at least 10 classes to know what you're doing. Def do the starter50 class if you're a beginner because you will be flustered. Def can't be late not even 5 mins! So be on time

Fantastic, supportive coaches who are incredibly knowledgeable about Pilates and physical fitness. I have lost all my back pain after starting workouts here (and I rowed on the varsity crew team all four years in undergrad, so I definitely understood the definition of back pain!!). This workout is also great for runners, as it strengthens and stretches the hamstrings like nothing else ever.

The class is an intense workout no matter your fitness level, but you can modify exercises if you have injuries without sacrificing the burn. The coaches are very nice and encouraging and the facilities are very clean. I highly recommend [solidcore].
