“I needed my gas tank relocated. It sounded straightforward (but not really) I knew there were buried electrical wires, an oil line and pipes all along the 75 ft trench that would have to be very carefully dug around. Boy I did not want a big expensive mishap! I had had very good experiences with the Santella company previously and knew I could trust them not to make an expensive mistake. Nick came out quickly, did an assessment and immediately said this needed to be done by hand. I held my breath for the price tag. But it was so reasonable I was delighted! They scheduled me quickly, they came on time. They took their time, they were super careful - and I have to say the ditch they did was nothing less than surgical. I could see all of the wires, pipes, drains that were exposed and was totally impressed with the care and exactness of the ditch. They cleared the rocks from the piles of dirt they had dig up so the fill was clean. it’s New England-there were some really big rocks! They made a generous bed of sand for the new line. When finished filling, they planted nice fat grass seed. This was a job that because of their experience and carefullness was just outstanding. If you want a job well done- hire Nick.“
