I went because I couldn’t schedule an appointment with my usual braider on time. This being my second time coming here, I didn’t have high expectations, especially looking at the reviews. The lady who braided my hair was very polite and kind. However, I asked verbally for a middle part and square parts. Just before she started parting and braiding, i showed multiple pictures of the style I wanted(not complaining about the style itself, it’s exactly what I asked for). I don’t know if it’s because I’m younger, but the only square parts I got were in the smiddle part(slanted and not exactly in the middle, it is kind of a side part). I’m giving it 2 stars beacsue sally herself does a good job, she makes sure everyone does a good job. When she goes back to her home, Her braiders do just about anything they want. I’ve had my hair fall out from traction alopecia from here before and tried to make it clear they needed to be easy on my scalp. Sally told me they do small knotless, I called a week ahead of time and when I got there they said they don’t do small knotless. I had to settle for small box braids and then I didn’t get a clear middle parts and ALL of my parts are in even and no one of them are the same size. I gave her exactly was owed and left. Today was my first time getting my hair braided at Sally’s and I am very pleased and will definitely be going back. My braids are nice and neat and she was real quick! Please give them a try if you’ve never been you won’t regret it!Service: Braids
