I cannot say enough great things about dr geffin and his staff - they are caring , kind and professsional. I was referred for cataract in my left eye that I was literally blowing off since I have a msg or anxiety and depressive disorder and I have a fear of people near my eyes . Dr Geffin was so comforting and made me feel so relaxed in surgery I didn’t even need general anesthesia as he promised if I really couldn’t handle it - in the end I was awake during surgery he talked to me the whole time and played country music for me and before I knew it it was over . I highly recommend Dr.Geffin he is the best !!!

I see in the last review it says that Dr. Geffin was “rude.” When i first met Dr. Geffin, I came into his office with a severe ulcer on my cornea that was the result of a mistake made by Waterbury hospital. I was only in high school and at first, I can say that I was a little intimidated Dr. Geffin because he came off extremely serious, and he was not happy that I didn’t call the office earlier. But, due to the severity of my injury I had spent months with him, and saw him daily.
