My cat, Slim had been going there since I adopted him. He used to have bad FELV flare ups and they would always get him in within maximum a few days. Slim loved the vet techs and the vet! The receptionists new my cat by name, and I really appreciated that. My partner and I really appreciated Grant's compassion and honesty when Slim passed. They let me stay there with Slim the day he was struggling, in his last moments, until they closed. It was a really difficult day, and knowing that the person taking my passed fur baby was going to care and treat him with respect made it a bit easier.“

I can absolutely say this is the first time in a very long time that I've been to a vet where they didn't have to hold my cat down and grab her neck or have 3 people hold her down. Dr Bloom and Bella did no such thing at all and even got a blood draw and vaccines done in the most gentle efficient way. I had a lot of rescue cats in the past 30 years and I am very impressed with these two. As I mentioned before I recommended Dr. Bloom and Bella to a lot of friends and family and have only heard such great things and positive responses, it seems about time to share it with everyone!
