I give people the chance but these are not people. Ego runs these people. I never let the rumor of “medical workers just let go with the flow” until now. Its beyond me as I have 8 years customer service experience. I am beyond disgusted with the work ethic of these low lifes. If i can write below 1 star I would. Avoid at all cost. Especially calling. They will hang up in your face. Shame on them and who hired\trained these street people.

Wented to get a prescription on the weekend because primary care physician was closed. Backus would only give me prescription if I undergo a CT scan, even though I had proof of a pre-existing condition. They diagnosed me with 5 other serious conditions that they disclaimed. Cost nearly $6,000.0 for the visit, plus thousands $ for the follow up doctor visits and ended up with nothing wrong, allot of unnecessary $$$ and stress. Pharmacy ended up being closed by the time I got out of emergency room. (5 hours). Hartford health Care is more interested in profit and liability than providing the public with health care. Great place to go if you need blood work! My daughter had a terrible experience at the norwich location, so we decided to try Plainfield. Best decision I made Michelle and Tracey were fabulous with my daughter knowing shes was scared. Keep up the great work girls!
