My two stars were meant only for the nurses!
The doctor that saw me was so rude and condescending.
I came in with chest/epigastric pain. I was vomiting before I got there, and my pain was literally a 10/10 my husband thought it was a heart attack turns out it was a panic attack -- a severe one and gastric pain. The nurses were understanding that speaking is hard d/t shortness of breath and the pain plus I was laying flat. This doctor walks in and hears me talking "funny" d/t the pain and difficulty breathing and says "Why are you talking like that? The staff is fantastic. They were all caring and worked very hard to try to figure out why I was in pain. They did not push any meds on me and explained every step to me in a way I could understand. The doctor who saw me was compassionate and did everything he could to help. Amazing process from start to finish.

Just left here last night as my fiancé was experiencing chest pain. We were taken RIGHT in. Staff, nurses and doctors were extremely nice. They were very informative of our situation in terms that we both could understand. I have never been to a cleaner urgent care. Seems like newer medical equipment than the actual hospital. Hopefully will not have to be back, but will keep this place in mind if we do. Thank you to the team here. Happy nurses week ❤️
