I fell in love with an iMac from the first time I saw one on a friend’s desk. “Where’s the CPU I asked, “it’s in there,” he said. And that was all it took. Over the years, my demands on the various Macs I’ve acquired have increased, as has my knowledge…but not enough. For the things that flummox me, the gremlins that periodically invade my machine—I turn to PSI.Courteous, prompt, efficient and patient (something I am not), they have never let me down. They talk to me in English, not Geek, and have always come through with a solution.

I had a problem with my MacBook Pro and Apple was going to have to erase all my data in the repair. There was data I could not lose on the drive. Judy connected me with Tim and he got my data back and provided me with a drive I could use for future backups. They were very professional, quick, and thorough. I am learning the local experts, if you can find them, are sometimes a better then then the support machinery of the manufacturer. I'm lucky I found PsiMac.

Professional and attentive, is the way I would describe my experiences with this company. The IT specialists are extremely knowledgeable and they "care" about giving you the support you need. I am treated as an individual, not just "any client." They are all wonderful people to deal with as well. I've been using PsiMac for years and I will continue to use them for all my IT needs in the future. They are simply the best.
