I bought a facial on groupon, made the appointment, showed up, got my refund. I was so confused to as why their receptionist didn't know the whereabouts of the person who was doing the facials, yet alone wouldn't even get off her lazy a** to take me downstairs. Long story short, there was an appointment before me who showed up on my time slot, so yep, walked out. I texted the owner to clear the confusion, but other than that get your "stuff" together.
