The best Physical therapy facility I've ever experienced. The staff from billing, reception and the physical therapists were very professional, courteous, friendly and thorough. Thanks to all who took great care of me. Special thank you to Morgan, she was very knowledgeable, patient and took great care of me.
I appreciate the very focused, hands-on and knowledgeable assistance provided by my PT Cindy, as she works with me to help rebuild my muscle strength and improve my right shoulder mobility and recovery from a partial rotator cuff tear. Her personal "one on one" approach is an important aspect that I appreciate. She carefully explains the reasoning behind the excercises assigned and the correct way to make the whole process more beneficial. The Carlson facility is in an easy to access location with plenty of parking which is an added plus! Very pleased with the care provided!
