We called this company for engineering designs for a large commercial project and were pleased by the way it was handled by Gary the owner of the company. Designs were used to secure our permits to construct all the HVAC and Plumbing in our new facility. He was professional and budget friendly.

I am 100% satisfied with A-1 service. Same day service was incredible, especially since our basement had flooded. We have a new build home and this was a new problem. Shawn was able to fix the problem within hours and explained many options to fix the problem. He was honest, trying to give us best service but also save some money where we could.. he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly.! He spoke of how his dad taught him to do the right thing. Shawn came out during an emergency late last Saturday night. Kid was amazing . Handled all my problems after a house fire, explained everything and saved me thousands in more damage. Great guy that reminded me of the old days of customer service . Went out of his way to help out me and my family .
