“I had an excellent experience. The price point is more than reasonable. They were very gentle and I got the exact groom i asked for. Everyone was very friendly. Their website is really easy to use and lots of updates via text. I was nervous to get my cat groomed because of her age and expressed my concerns prior. During her groom I got a text update on how she was doing and after groom a picture update. Even though the street is under construction currently it was still easy to park and drop off/pick up. The location is convenient right off of route 8, and there are plenty of other businesses (coffee shops, breweries, home depot) within a mile to kill time while your pet gets groomed. And my cat got a cute bandana. (My cat is 18yrs old).“

Dr Weill formulated a regimen of medications and diet for my dog , and followed her progress closely, with guidance along the way. “Dr. D & the team saved my dogs life. My poor Winnie that I had recently adopted ended up contracting parvo. It was a horrible thing to watch her go through but knowing she had an amazing veterinary team helped so much with the process. He kept me updated everyday with her progress and made me feel confident she was getting all she needed to get better. The front desk was always so pleasant and helpful no matter how many times a day I called. Even when I'd stop in after work near closing, to visit Winnie, they never once made me feel rushed or like an inconvenience to them. The staff here really goes above and beyond for the welfare of the animals and I am so so appreciative of that. After 10 days of care at OVH my Winnie is finally home. so thankful for the team here“
