Absolutely professional, with great communication and excellent follow up. We had an issue with our water heater not working. I called Michael and he was at our house within 24 hours. The fix turned out to be simple and we were up and running in no time. We used Michael to have our water heater replaced several years ago, because of the simplicity of the fix and the fact that he believed the issue never should have happened, he refused to take my money and has followed up multiple times to ensure the issue was resolved.
