Since moving to Arvada, I've procrastinated at finding a new dental office. Finally thrilled to have found a great one close to my house! Super easy to book a new patient appointment on their website. Paperwork is seamless, and best of all, they take my insurance. All the staff I encountered, including Dr. Echt, are efficient and talented at their jobs. Aside from having to wait 30+ minutes in the operatory to get my teeth cleaned - I think they forgot about me - it was a smooth experience. Hopefully it'll be better next time, but I like the practice overall!
Dr Peters is a pro! She told me exactly what to expect before the appointment. During the procedure, she checked in frequently to see how I was doing and let me know the next steps. I trust that everything she did was necessary and done to perfection.Reyes, the dental assistant, was personable and professional. He knew exactly what to do, and had the tools and materials on hand before Dr Peters even asked.Check-in was easy. Everyone was friendly, and they explained the cost before beginning the procedure.
I myself have been fortunate to have found Dr.Massey for all my dental needs. The support staff is very welcoming. Truly, who likes going to the dentist! But they are up front about discussing procedures and costs it makes for a much more pleasant experience. I took my friend there for several chipped teeth and they took care of it immediately. When the work was completed, it was so perfect you couldn't even tell that they were ever damaged. Incredible work!
