They will scam you on your first night! Great way to welcome your guests! What a joke of an association!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! They will steal your money! And lock your car up even though you paid to stay here! Even the home owners seem to be a part of it!

Great place to get your car booted and ransomed for $140. We registered our 2 vehicles using their clunky website and still had to pay the money to get the boot off our car so we could go skiing. Then Eugene with Colorado Booting tried to run us over with his car when we wanted to pay with a credit card. Bunch of scam artists here and the building is in pretty bad shape to boot.I have stayed in many other condo complexes in Wildernest and never heard of such aggressive booting of people staying here. Don’t stay in this place if you don’t want to get your car booted (locked) in the parking lot. They don’t give you this info but you have to get a parking permit even if staying there for 1 day. Also, this place is really old and cold.
