I had the most wonderful experience here with Erica! She was professional, fun and personable. The first question she asked when we walked in, was “what kind of music do you like?”, so she could personalize our experience through Alexa? My daughter came with (turns out Erica and I are both single Mommas) and she had snacks for her to choose from. I took a picture in and she not only listened to what I wanted but gave me recommendations and suggestions. She referred back to said pic while cutting my hair!!! I could not have been more pleased with my experience at Beauty Obsessed and Erica is just simply the best.❤️
I went and saw Erica for a much needed hair cut and some me time. She did a fantastic job with my hair and is so warm, welcoming and fun to talk to! I went in with no clue what I wanted and she not only helped me figure it out but she took extra time after my cut to keep chatting, which was an amazing bonus and the adult conversation was very welcome. She's going to be my go to person from here on out. Love her!
Absolutely love all my experiences with Erica! She's the first hair stylist I have been to in years and the amount of confidence she restored in me is amazing. I love how much better my hair looks since booking with her, and I look forward to out next appointment!
