I have had Nancy as my salon expert for many years. Her work is just perfect, and I have not ever even found a flaw! She is very good with her English, and has a great sense of humor, making the nail care more interesting and fun. In the many years I have gone to Nancy for mani's, pedi's and brow waxes, she has never once missed an appointment! She is also a truly honest and conscientious person. I've been coming here for several years and typically speaking every person that has ever done my nails does a great job and is very clean. I went the other day and felt like my pedicure looked OK but because she put the layers on too fast or didn't remove some of the oil from the deluxe pedicure, six hours later I bumped my foot, and my polish was destroyed. Also they've had to raise their prices, which I understand because everybody has, but the prices on their website, the prices on their board, and the prices that are actually charged all seemed to be different this time. The amazing people at OPL Nails are always friendly and have always been able to fit us in despite how busy they can get. They accept both walk-ins or appointment. It's a family business and they make you feel welcome. The prices are more reasonable than most other shops, sometimes you get what you pay for, but anytime I've had issues, they are very quick to make things right! The customer service alone makes me a return customer.
