I am only two sessions in with significant neck and lower back issues. I don’t expect miracles, but I am already starting to feel some relief. Dr. Dale takes the time to answer all questions and explain in layman’s terms exactly what’s happening inside your body and why/how the therapy works. Definitely recommend.

Littleton Family Chiropractic is a great local clinic. Dr. Z takes a very practical approach of restoring “functionality” and avoids the pressured approach of X number of sessions. He also has a very professional massage therapist, Robin, who is an experienced practitioner at identifying and treating specific trouble spots. They are both caring and consultative.

This has been the best place I have ever been to! I went there with lower back pain, my SI joint has always bothered me. Dr. Z Was immediately able to diagnose and treat the pain. I felt instant relief and chose to go back and keep working on the problem area. What I like about Dr. Z is there was absolutely no pressure from his end on seeing me multiple times a week. I have had some chiropractors in the past that set unrealistic treatment plans for me as a busy mom. This place is clean and fabulous! Now instead of worrying anytime I tweak my back, which happens often with a busy lifestyle. I am able to not stress and get it taken care of immediately. Thank you so much...read full review
