Cheri is my favorite instructor so far; she does a great job of guidance with beginners. I have never done Pilates before but found the studio welcoming and inviting. The reformer can be intimidating at first but they do a great job guiding you through it. They were also very understanding when I had an issue come up at work that prevented me from coming to a class.

I have been coming to Club Pilates Littleton for about 8 months. I had no reformer experience and from the intro class onward, the instructors have been super helpful and welcoming. They do their best to help you maintain good form, get great results and have a little fun too. And you don't have to look perfect to feel comfortable there. I highly recommend it.

I just proudly celebrated my 500th class here at Club Pilates!! I will soon turn 66, feel great with no aches or pains, and have gained back an inch in height (take that, osteopenia!). The teachers & staff are professionals who really make this place. They ask everyone in every class about specific injuries or concerns (I have pins in my hips due to a pelvic fracture). Pilates doesn't get boring, it gets addictive and will change your life! Highly recommend!!!
