I was impressed yesterday with my first visit to this practice. Holly and Laurie were very friendly. Kelly, the dental hygienist I had was Great! She was very articulate which was a plus for my hearing impairment. She was nice and gentle yet thorough. As I told Laurie at the front desk, I would be disappointed if I didn’t get Kelly the next time in 6months. Dr Erica was very nice and made me feel at ease.

My 1st visit to Carlson was a very good experience ..The Drs and staff are what you want it to be ...professional,knowledgeable, comfortable, and trusting. It appeared that the staff had been together for a fairly long time and they all had a similar good way of of passing you through the 1st visit process.. They make it evident that they want you as a long time patron, not a one time hit .I'm hoping that this is the last dentist office I need.... so maybe the search is over...!? Dr Erikson, Dr Carlson ...and staff thank you.

Maddie did a great job cleaning my teeth and was very personable and professional. The front desk staff efficiently handled the insurance billing. The whole team made my visit enjoyable (a rarity for people who dig in your mouth).
