Absolutely fantastic! We had a rattlesnake in our dog run this evening. Gave Joe a call and he was at the house in 20 minutes to get the snake. It took him less than 5 minutes to get the snake in the bucket. He even offered some advice about how to prevent attracting snakes going forward. Overall a great experience and we will be sure to use him again if we have more snakes and for future pest control.
We called Joe at Blue Tick, and he was so helpful and came out to our facility, Bonaventure Senior Living, the same day! We so appreciate him helping us relocate the bull snake that was NOT willing to keep moving on...our residents were appreciative, too!
