Highly Recommend! I started seeing Mary for post-op pains from back surgery and sciatica relief as I started PT. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes time to both provide relief as well as education on PT, kinesiology, anatomy, and spine health – she even helped translate medical jargon from my surgeon into straightforward terms that I could take action on. Mary is extremely knowledgeable and her experience shows. You can tell she is passionate about her work and excellent about helping you work through any pain or issues along with providing great stretches or exercises to help maintain your progress and flexibility. She is extremely kind and welcoming as well and treats you like a dear friend as soon as you walk into her door.
I’ve started coming here periodically over the past 6 months for tension in my shoulders from being hunched over a desk/computer all the time and I can’t believe how much better I feel after each session! Definitely recommend if you’re need of working out any muscle tension or pinched nerves ????
