The staff at Pinnacle are the best. I was referred to Dr. Casselman by my Chiropractor after having an MRI which revealed a bulging disc that was pushing against my sciatic nerve and was causing me to have debilitating pain. He reviewed my MRI and after taking some X-rays recommended spinal decompression and laser therapy. I wanted to avoid surgery if possible. After about 14 sessions I was able to return to my normal activities and was pain free. His staff are caring and always helpful. They welcome you and treat you like family. I’ve had neck pain primarily from working a desk job over the years. I went to see Dr. C about potential treatments and he was super thorough by taking X-rays, reviewing them, and going over different treatment options. I decided to do the 36 visit plan that had me do neck physical therapy with chiropractic adjustments. After completing the treatment plan, I have ZERO neck pain now. I now rarely get any headaches which were probably attributed from my neck pain. Dr. C and his entire staff are amazing to work with. Amazing experience and highly recommend!

I first went to Pinnacle to address some lower back pain. I was treated by Aaron who did traction and stimulation and I have been feeling so much better. The office is extremely friendly and easy to work with. Ash at the front desk is so cheerful and very patient. I highly recommend Pinnacle.
