1 hour massages are more like 45 minutes. Told them to focus on certain areas. They do full body massage. Asked for neck and lower back, spent 30 mins on my arms and shoulders instead.
I got a 3 month membership (1visit per month) as a Christmas gift. I have used one visit for a facial and have 2 more visits to go. I have never had a facial before but the esthetician was kind and mellow. She was very patient even though I asked about 2 million questions. You can use the visit for a facial or a massage. Since I already have a good skin care routine, I think I will use my other visits on massages since I can’t do that to myself at home. Over all it was a very pleasant experience. The table you lay on is heated, they place a bolster under your knees for comfort and all of the products they used were gentle and smelled great.
I first want to say that I came in for a facial using my moms points; I love that hand & stone does that! Second, instead of just enjoying that, when I checked out, I was seriously pushed so hard to start an account which I didn’t want. I won’t put all the blame on them, since I gave in to it, and that’s on me; however, I was disappointed with how stressful that was. The ONLY reason I kept my membership for as long as I did was because of Ray, an AMAZING worker there who I request to see every time I go there.
