Matt came over to check on our air conditioning and found an issue which also made our home thermostat not work. He was quick, clean and explained what he was doing the entire time. This was the first time we have used Mac-Vik, but will not hesitate calling and asking for Matt should we need to.
We have used Mac-Vik several times. They are always on time, professional, thorough and explain what they’ve done in understandable terms. Otis came on Saturday (almost immediately) when we had issues with Evap Cooler. He was great! Took care of problem professionally, quickly and with a great personality!
Thank you Jorge for showing up so promptly and helping me thru a very stressful situation! You also were helpful and explained what I may need to do moving forward, which was useful.
