I've had positive experiences with them as a property manager for a few capital projects on behalf of a few small/mid size condos. We have a large project underway with them currently, and they have been very thorough, communicative, and responsive to our questions/requests. Meaghan and Dan are great!

Before selecting a reconstruction company, I spoke with some property managers and home owner associations that have hired AGS in the past. All the reviews were excellent. The customers told me that AGS was very fast, honest and straightforward, and was extremely responsive to all their needs. They said the quality of work was top notch and that the employees were friendly and very knowledgeable. AGS even found some cost-saving opportunities. Everybody I spoke with said the experience was great and that they would definitely use AGS again for their reconstruction and repair needs.
