Diego and the entire team (Javhon, Lonnie, Marcus, Emmanual, Josiah, Gary) provide excellent service. My church was helping a gentleman who is a disabled vet and former police officer. It appeared his sewer line collapsed. After having a different plumber assess the situation and provide an impossible estimate, the Alphalete team responded and quickly suggested adding a clean out pipe, so they could correctly identify the issue. It turns out the line was not completely collapsed but had significant roots and cracks. A pipe scraping service and resin sleeve insert were suggested as the permanent fix. I can’t say enough good things about this company. They were the third quote I received and the best. When they showed up they came in force with the whole team including the owner, found the problem and exactly where it was in the sewer line in under 15 minutes and they didn’t charge for the assessment.They were cheaper than first company and the technology they use is great, they didn’t have to tear up my entire yard or under the house. Every single employee knew their stuff and did an amazing job. They’re very personable and go above and beyond in customer service and job. I highly recommend.

I experienced my first clog in over 15 years and called Alphalete. I learnt first hand the affect of ignoring regular preventive maintenance. It was a major repair. Jahvon and Diego were excellent from the first visit to ensure that it was addressed in the most professional manner until it was completely fixed using the most up to date solution and state of the art equipment. They worked weekends too to ensure that our house was still livable while the repair was going on. I do have several more updates that I plan to do and will not even consider any one else.
