I have used this service several times and been very happy until this week. We had a appointment set up, got a call that we missed that he could come early, had cancellations. Returned call within 15 minutes and said no problem. Our scheduled time came and went. Two hours after our time I called, he was going to be on the call he was out rest of day. Scheduled for next day. Just called 45 minutes after window to be told he was still coming. Project that needs done will take probably 2 hours - and when scheduled they were told had to leave this afternoon but if he came during scheduled time would be ok. Not now. Can't get rescheduled for a week. So, guess I will look... read full review
