World Dance Fitness at Alchemy of Movement is a ridiculous amount of fun! Cheyenne brings in more styles of dance than I can list, her energy is contagious, the playlist is right on, and the group is welcoming as anything, You owe it to yourself to give it a try!

Every time I go to Alchemy, I spend an hour with the biggest smile on my face! I do not think of myself as “a dancer”, but I feel so welcome here to just have a good time and feel alive, and there’s plenty of inspiring dancers in the room if that’s your thing. The playlists and sound system are top notch, the choreography is playful and varied, and an hour always goes by too fast. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Alchemy is my home away from home. Whether you're looking for a community or just a fitness class/party, this dance studio has it all. I'm thankful for all the options: in-person, on-demand and online. It's beautiful, clean, friendly and has a fun atmosphere. Keeps me smiling :) If nothing else, try the 30 days for 30 dollars. Why not :)
