This studio is bright, clean and class was very challenging but doable. Definitely a great activity to get out of the cold and get a great workout. Stephanie was welcoming and offered corrections as needed. Highly recommend!

Stephanie was welcoming and offered corrections as needed. Plenty of parking close by. Be sure to book a class well in advance if your schedule is limited as they do often fill up. Highly recommend this studio!

I love love love pilates and have had a hard time finding a great pilates center up here in the Vail Valley UNTIL I found Synergy. Synergy is an amazing reformer pilates center for all levels. They also offer other types of classes which I have not tried. I do recommend booking your classes well in advance because the classes fill up quickly.
