This place is my favorite place in Denver! Clean, great service, The 3 spa pools, 2 sauna's a mud room as well as a Crystal room. Amazing I wish I could take it home with me. I purchased a group of 10 visits at a great price. You will love it.

I recently visited Seoul and fell in love with the Jjimjilbang. This place does a great job of creating a similar experience and most importantly is affordable. Don't expect chocolate covered strawberries and champagne. This is a functional experience designed to promote health and relaxation. Accommodations are similar to what you'd find in a local YMCA. The facility is kept clean and well maintained. My only gripe is one of personal preference as both hot saunas are cooler than I prefer. Also the cold plunge is warmer than I like. This place is magical. Multiple saunas, a mud room, hot tub, cold pools… Just absolutely the most amazing experience. They offer all kinds of body treatments. The body scrub and oil is what I went with and my life is now changed. I’ll be coming back here every single time I want to pamper myself.There are no outside clothes allowed inside but there are towels for the modest. Men and women have different sides of the spa so it’s completely separate.
