As a first time client, unsure what I would expect, I was blown away by the exceptional customer service and attention to detail that I received from Rosie. From what I noticed, not only did she go out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied with my needs, she would also make sure everyone else in the salon was doing good. Highly recommend The Lair to anyone who wants to get any type of hair care done. Super professional and very efficient!!
