These guys are fantastic. They just did our kitchen and living room in La Habra, which had them blow out a couple of walls, strip things down to the studs and build it up brand new. It looks like a model kitchen now. They even saved us some money-- they had a beam quoted which had to be placed in the kitchen to add support. Well once the walls were torn down they realized the house already had a beam of support in place. Instead of charging me for the beam (I wouldn't have known anyway) they let me know about the pre-existing beam and just reinforced it to code. It saved me a couple thousand bucks. Worst contractors in Whittier, they have been working on our property since last year haven't finished, poor quality, subcontract to the lowest bidder. and the Carty guy is very rude. they use Pickard Architects, wonder if they are related. Stay away.

I had never even remodeled a bathroom before I hired Cary construction to build me an entire house. Naïve about building but with an idea I wanted my house to be 'green', super energy efficient and handicapped accessible. I asked for steel frame construction which the Carty team had never worked with before. We started the project just as the housing market hit bottom so the construction loan was severely constrained, this meant that shaving the initial budget to fit to the loan and sticking to it was paramount to ensure the project would actually be finished.
