The service was great and walk in experience was quick and well done. My only issue was realizing how much I overpaid for an earring. The single stud I bought was $175 and I thought it was diamond and gold but only realized later i'ts just CZ and titanium. A $40-50 piece at most. I really regret buying the earring but the service was still good.
Over priced but I still keep coming back. I’ve been to both Berkeley and Walnut Creek and I’ll say they’re equals. Pricing for jewelry is astronomical but the service is great and you know the place is clean and equipment sterilized.
Been here twice for piercings. Friendly staff, informative, and have a great selection of earrings. Each time the process was the same, sterile procedure and techniques, and a clean environment. Quick piercing. The price is worth it. Street parking is available. Will be coming back for more piercings.
