Office experience Care quality And total lack of caring The total lack of empathy for some in chronic pain and have dragged on and on collecting the insurance money and not even pinpointing what the problem is. And will not release the results of an MRI to the patient. Will not respond to request for information on many occasions over the last to weeks. The hubris of the medical staff here is beyond belief.
I loved my surgeon but his support staff was lacking. Dr Griffiths performed a R TKR on Valentine's Day. Beginning with the hospital discharge up through today, I have difficulty getting service from Staff: discharge meds called into wrong pharmacy, no one on call to cover for the surgeon, had to call and request PT, waited a week and didn't hear from anyone, called again, finally started PT 2 weeks and three calls later. I saw a PT for my 2 week post op appt. My 6 week check up is scheduled for end of May, 14 weeks after surgery. Loved my surgeon, but support staff and call center remind me of a bad version of Kaiser.
