Kool Nails is more like a nail spa. The atmosphere is relaxing, they have the best massage chairs around. Thao is the owner. She use to own Teamwork Nails in Pleasant Hill. Her new place has all the charm and personality the old place had. The staff knows their craft, they do a wonderful job of making your toes and nails look their best. I highly recommend anyone who is picky about their nails to visit Kool Nails. The owner and the staff are so very friendly and will make you feel at home.Services: Foot massages

So...I have been to this Salon twice in past 3 months. First time, I was impressed, and had a great experience. 3 weeks ago, I went back for a pedicure, the attendant cut the skin on 2 toes...one on each foot. She addressed the " "wounds" with peroxide and that was somewhat painful. The pedicure itself was good. I was very afraid of infection...and it took each toe almost 2 weeks to heal...very upsetting. After 20+ years of having pedicures, this has never happened to me before.
