When I moved to San Diego I was clueless that fleas and termites are a huge problem in paradise. Buying a home, I thought to get a termite inspection done and lucky I did too! There was another inspector out to the house that provided an estimate, but he completely missed what Major Pest Control discovered under the kitchen skirting. Experience and expertise are quality traits that I witnessed and am glad to have received. They even have a carpentry shop that did some wood repairs. I’m definitely going to make Major my annual treatment company.
