Once again, 211 Plumbing and Drain was amazing. They were able to send out Marco and team the same day I called, and the guys installed a new water heater by end of day. They are always so pleasant to work with, so professional and friendly. They answer your questions, do an excellent job, clean up after the work is done, and I always feel confident that the work is done right. I really really like this company and all of their employees!
Our dryer stopped working and Alex was able to fix it very quickly. He was very understanding and accommodating when it came to us having to reschedule. My roommate said he was very polite and gave us enough of a heads up that he was on his way. We are very grateful for his efficient work and very happy to be able to avoid laundromats lol thank you Alex!
I have used 211 plumbing and drains on two occasions. Once for cleaning out the main sewer line using chain flail and another for an emergency sewer back up. Both times, Alex answered my questions and were able to resolve the issue quickly. On the sewer back up, alex introduced me to a remediation company that was very responsible and acted quickly (same day). Alex also helped me generate a report to provide to my insurance to help me get coverage for the incident. working with many vendors, it is always refreshing to work with a vendor you can rely on and know will call you back!
